Flu Bomb
As the weather changes and colds start to creep in, this nourishing blend is designed to support your immune system and soothe those sniffles.
You will need:
Garlic - 1 clove, crushed
Ginger - 1/4 tsp, finely chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
Honey - 1 tsp
Eucalyptus or tea tree oil - 1 drop
Cayenne pepper - personal preference
Add to half a cup of hot water
Avoid consuming on empty stomach. Swallow garlic and ginger for a real kick or strain them out
