Immunity Boosting Ginger Tumeric Shots

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole pineapple peeled and cut into pieces

  • 1 hand of ginger peeled and roughly chopped

  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp tumeric powder

  • 1 whole lemon peeled for easy blending

  • 1 Tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. On a clean chopping board, with a knife, roughly peel and cut your pineapple, ginger, and lemon.

  2. In a blender, add in your pieapple ginger, apple cider vinegar, tumeric powder, and lemon. Blend until smooth and strain the mixture into a pitcher.

  3. Pour the mixture into smaller “shot like” containers.

  4. Before drinking, add in a small dash of pepper.
